Produced by the ISMAM Coop. Formed in 1985 by Mayan farmers who grew weary of the persistent poverty and expoilation that threatened their families and traditions. Today, nearly 8,000 people benefit from the organizations accomplishments.
The coffee is processed in a decaf facilty in the Sierra Madres. In the cup it has a heavy body with hints of chocolate.
